Lauren
drain Fitness model, nurse, and author born
and raised in Tampa, Florida. She was indoctrinated into the Westboro Baptist
Church by birth.
She is also known for having
published a very controversial book titles “Banished” based on true incidents.
Banished, debuted on the New York Times Bestsellers eBook list on March 30,
2013.

She never thought of being fitness
model, instead she have Bachelor of Science
& Nursing degree. She is also a NASM Certified personal trainer. It all
started in year 2014 when she was unhappy with the way she
looked and worked hard to get good results.
She
is always keen to further expand
my knowledge base when it comes to nutrition, health and fitness. I have worked
with some of the top coaches in the industry both as a client & as mentor.

She have competed
various Spartan and Tough Mudder Races all with distance of more than 10 miles
in length. She likes to ride dirt and street bikes, snowboard and ski, She is
bit crazy you can say.
